Lauren's teachings at Avatar school in Rishikesh was a breath of fresh air.. For me this basis of hatha has been very close to my heart from childhood and Lauren shared how much it meant to her too.

Without a doubt Lauren taught us with an encompassed broad, finite, caring, strong, firm drive. She passioned for us to utilise our own individual styles. She listened whenever was possible, she guided us with a range of meditation skills as the yoga catapulted myself and other students into inner and outer world education.

She spoke with great gravitas about embracing what yoga was bringing to us known and unknown, that in turn for me echoed what my passion was too. I thank Lauren from the edges and center of my heart for her strong kindness. Since then her words and energy have echoed through some tremendous self-discovery and I have become brave enough to embrace myself and style of teachings.
